PMI maintains relationships with several tool design and fixture production resources throughout North America. Dedicated fixturing may not be desired, in this case we design modern flexible fixturing with reusable component parts. Field Service & Calibration


PMI sales and technical reps are certified by our vendors, attendance at our vendor training facilities is routine. We conduct multiple in-house performance and testing sessions to insure skills are maintained. We invest heavily in training to insure that our support will help you solve problems, not create new ones. We depart job sites leaving your investment working for you in the manner expected at the time of purchase.
If not, we describe and document the steps needed to return and complete the assignment. We understand calibration and maintenance, we understand precision, we are invested to help you protect your investment!


Trouble Shooting & Maintenance


Need assistance troubleshooting? Our staff can quickly help diagnose problem's and suggest efficient, economical solutions when possible. Many routine service issues can be solved with telephone consultation. We have extensive access to spare parts and discontinued items.  Let us help solve and prevent future problems.


Product Installation & Training


Once your new system is installed by our qualified staff, we provide calibration services using current NIST traceable artifacts and reference standards. After installation services may include teaching customer personnel safe and efficient operation, customize and configure software, maintenance of the hardware and protocol for contacting support services should the need arise. If requested, instruction in annual system calibration is available on a case by case basis.
